What's the difference between baby boys and baby girls' diapers

7/12/2006, · My son was almost 9lbs. at birth and 22in.. Cute as a button...not a rolly polly baby in the least bit. He's a BIG one. But not really fat, mostly long and solid. He's in 9-12 month clothes though. I'm EXCLUSIVELY breastfeeding. No supplements yet (cereal, water, formula, juice, baby food)...he obviously is not missing a meal!
