I totally agree with ,you,. ,Diapers, are way better than ,adult underwear,. ,Diapers, give ,you, the freedom, comfort, Convenience and security of knowing that ,you, can ,do, anything and not have to worry about finding a bathroom. That’s why I am diapered 24/7 and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Yes it's OK to wear adult diapers, especially if you are incontinent. If you don't you will wet and mess yourself and you will see it through your clothes. I wear adult cloth diapers and plastic panties. Been in them most of my life due to an auto accident that left me incontinent.

Fit them firm but not too tight, and if you plan or need to use them, make sure the leg holes are tight enough and all neatly tucked to avoid leaks. Many modern diapers are very thin and feel like somewhat stiff thick underwear. If they’ve been fitted well they are almost un-noticeable until they are used.
