i personally wear them for incontinence issues, but most teenagers wear them to escape their stress like with GCSE and A-LEVELS or if they are having a trouble in any part of their life. before my accident i was a teen diaper lover anyways so it wasn't a drastic change for me to wear diaper 24/7 and i enjoyed being able to go whenever i wanted as i couldnt control it.
